Questions

What is a credit?

A unit for what the AI makes. A Smart post uses 10, a Designer post 15, an Ultra post 30. The app always shows the cost before you confirm.

Do unused credits roll over?

Monthly credits are renewed each month and do not roll over. Credits you buy in packs stay for 12 months.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.

Is VAT included?

Prices are shown without VAT. Businesses with a valid EU VAT number are usually charged under reverse charge.

What does Autopilot do?

It plans your week, prepares the posts for your review (or publishes them, if you choose), and learns from your results.
